We had started working on this project in the month of Feb and it has taken around 3.5 months to close this project which entailed  multiple reviews and feedback from our side. Thanks for being patient and incorporating changes without any resistance.

I also was aware that during this time some of your team members were impacted due to Covid and you were also struggling to find a talent for the completion of voice over. Considering all these challenges, even then our deliverables did not get impacted.

Learning Needs Analysis—Diagnose Before You Design

Only 20% of organisations conduct a thorough needs analysis before designing training. Programmes designed without needs analysis have a 50% failure rate in meeting performance objectives. The needs analysis step costs a fraction of what it saves in avoided redesign, wasted delivery, and programmes that address the wrong problem entirely. The organisations that consistently produce…

Immersive Learning—When VR and XR Are Worth the Investment

PwC’s landmark enterprise VR study found learners completed training 4x faster than classroom, felt 275% more confident applying skills, and experienced 3.75x stronger emotional connection to content. VR reaches cost parity with classroom training at 375 learners and becomes 52% cheaper at 3,000. 75% of Fortune 500 companies have now adopted VR for training. In…

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training — What Works and What Doesn’t

Diverse companies are 35% more likely to outperform industry peers. Inclusive teams make better decisions 87% of the time. Yet mandatory diversity training has shown no statistically significant positive impact on workplace diversity outcomes in most research, and some studies document increased bias following mandatory bias awareness training. Learning Needs Analysis—Diagnose Before You Design

The needs analysis step costs a fraction of what it saves in avoided redesign, wasted delivery, and programmes that address the wrong problem entirely. The organisations that consistently produce training that changes performance are those that invest in diagnosing the performance gap before prescribing the development solution, not those that start designing the moment a training request lands.

VR reaches cost parity with classroom training at 375 learners and becomes 52% cheaper at 3,000. 75% of Fortune 500 companies have now adopted VR for training. In 2026, the question is no longer whether immersive learning works; the evidence shows it clearly does in the right use cases. The question is which use cases justify the investment and which do not.

The CLO Agenda—Strategic Priorities for 2026

54% of CLOs name leadership development as a top priority in 2026. 28% identify AI technology adoption as a top learning priority. 63% of employers say skills gaps are the biggest barrier to transformation. 87% of L&D leaders feel under-equipped to meet their annual priorities. The CLO agenda in 2026 is shaped by the convergence of three forces that have not previously coincided at this intensity: AI transformation requiring new workforce capabilities, persistent engagement decline requiring L&D to address the conditions that produce commitment, and C-suite expectation that L&D demonstrate strategic return rather than activity volume.

The design gap between what most DEI training delivers awareness, knowledge, compliance completion, and what produces measurable inclusion outcomes is among the most consequential in enterprise L&D, because getting it wrong does not just waste investment. In some cases, it actively produces the opposite of what it intends.
